New Program Alert - Mighty Playwrights

Children in the primary grades within schools in the area of Goulburn, New South Wales, Australia were nominated by teachers to participate in a playwriting workshop conducted by the Goulburn Mulwaree Library. Seven scripts were chosen for full productions by actors at the Lieder Theatre Company from 10-18 December 2021.

According to the program website, this award-winning program "inspires young people to discover the power of their own thoughts and voices through literacy education, story telling, and the performing arts." The website includes links to tickets, a documentary about the program, and videos from the 2020 performances.
